Lawrence A. Timm, age 89, of Plainfield passed away Friday, December 28, 2018 at Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point. He was born April 8, 1929 in Plainfield, the son of Alvin and Martha (Helmrick) Timm. He married the former Jane Mercer on Nov.

23, 1951. She preceded him in death on Sept. 5, 1985.

He married Betty L. (Goult) Patterson on Dec. 23, 1987 in Plainfield. Lawrence was employed as Sales Manager for Ecolab for many years until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Betty L. Timm, Plainfield; one daughter, Catherine Corey, Wautoma; one son, Robert Timm, Madison; one brother James (Grace) Timm, Phoenix, AZ. He is further survived by cousins other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jan.

2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Plainfield with Rev. Paul Gregersen officiating. Burial will be in Plainfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
