Visitation will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 10am to 1pm, with the memorial service to start at 1pm, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue. He is survived by his children, Christopher, Carlotta and April Billiot and JamieLynn; grandchildren, Taylor, Savannah, Mikayla, Sarah, Kayla, Emily, Zachary, and Araceli; brother, Nolan and Robert (Hoggy) Billiot; sister, Cecile, Rose, Amy, and Martha.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nolan and Marie P Billiot; brother, Leroy Billiot; sisters, Hazel (Yonnie), Rita (Nego), and Sarah.
