Leonard E. Wilson 83 of Port Byron passed away Friday at Auburn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Born in Conquest Leonard lived in Weedsport & Elbridge before moving to the town of Mentz. He retired after 24 years working at Auburn Community Hospital.

He formerly worked at Onondaga County Hwy. Dept. and NYS DOT.

He was predeceased by 3 daughters Leeza & Carrie Wilson and Deborah Sobotka and 4 grandchildren. Surviving are his wife of 65 years Marilyn, sons Scott, Roland, Richard, Brian, daughters Eugenia Shuler, Catherine Bell, Brenda Wilson, Carol Harris, Joannie Wilson, Lori Hamel, brothers Andrew Wilson and Louis Wilson Jr, sister Edna DePaula, 36 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 21 great great grandchildren. Calling hours will be 5-7pm Monday at the Bush Funeral Home 120 E. Main St. (Rt.

5) Elbridge with a service to follow at 7pm. Contributions may be made to the Upstate Medical Center Burn Unit. The family wishes to express its deep appreciate for the loving and kind care Leonard received while at Auburn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.
