Leonard I. Yousett, Sr., of the Town of Cambria, NY, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Buffalo, NY, on September 15, 1930, the son of the late Irving J. and Grace E. [Davis] Yousett. Mr. Yousett served with the US Army, during the Korean War.

He was an operating engineer, with the Operating Engineers Local 463 since 1958. Mr. Yousett loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Joyce A. [Whitcomb] Yousett, they were married on May 10, 1952, his nine children Leonard (late Sherry) Yousett, Jr., Steven (Jackie) Yousett, Debbie (Butch) Rupert, Nancy Maerten, Joyce (Ronald) Zastrow, Grace (Gary) Stemper, Peggy Williams, Patty (Mark) White and Susan Hollingsworth, a brother James (Sandra) Yousett, also 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Yousett was the brother of the late Sylvia and Gracia Dee Richardson. His family will be present on Wednesday from 7-9 and on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM, with the Rev. Matthew Kofahl officiating.

Interment with Military Honors in Hillside Cemetery, Town of Cambria.
