Levi Jackson Titsworth 23 of Hillsboro passed away July 14, 2018. He was born May 30, 1995 in Hillsboro IL, to David and Lisa (Hart) Titsworth. He was a 2013 Hillsboro High School Graduate.

He enjoyed technology and computers and loved his beagle Sadie. He is survived by his father David, sisters Carrie Liebscher of Hillsboro and Nicole Liebscher of Coffeen one brother Dylan Titsworth of Hillsboro, and half-brother Joshua Titsworth of Chatham and one half-sister Trisha Van Pelt of Chatham. Grandparents surviving are Carole (Funk) Hart of Hillsboro, Donald and Grace (Jackson) Titsworth of Litchfield.

He was preceded in death by his mother Lisa in 2011 and Grandfather James Hart in 2010. Memorials can be directed to his family. Private family memorial will be held at a later date.

Burial will be in Wares Grove Cemetery in Butler. Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro are in charge of arrangements.
