Joanne Katherine (Finke) Ellis 82 of Hillsboro passed away Sept 7 2018 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. She was the only child of Edwin and Hulda (Muller) Finke born on August 16, 1936 in Litchfield IL. She was a graduate of Litchfield High School.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Irving United Methodist Church. She married Earl Ellis and he survives, she is survived by her children Barbara (Randy) White, Edwin (Melissa) Ellis, Robert (Lisa) Ellis, Marie Wilson and Keith Ellis and 8 grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Janice Sue Ellis.

Memorials can be directed to the Irving United Methodist Church or MCCA. A private burial will be held at a later date.
