Obituary for Lillian C. Houtz (Ruhl) Lillian C. Houtz, 98 of Lewistown, passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 at Ohesson Manor. Born May 20, 1920 in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Harry H. Ruhl and Lillian C. (Steinmiller) Ruhl. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Houtz in 2011.

Lillian is survived by several nieces and was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She was the owner, along with her husband of Ruhl’s Clothing and Prep Shop. Lillian was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Lewistown and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 14, 2019 at the Barr Funeral Home and Crematory, 120 Logan Street with Rev. Karen McCachren officiating. Interment will be in Lind Memorial Cemetery.
