Linda B. (Bence) Polka, 71, of Vandergrift, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, PA. Born March 27, 1947 in Apollo, she was the daughter of the late Ronald and Geneva (Leasure) Bence. Linda was a graduate of Apollo-Ridge High School and lived in Vandergrift most of her life.

She was employed as a nurse for West Penn Hospital and Oklahoma Ambulance for many years until her retirement in 2016.
