Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mrs. Foster died on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at her residence.

She was born October 21, 1943, in Dekalb County, Tennessee, to Oliver P. Hendrix and Ruth Ona Arnold Hendrix. She was a cafeteria manager for F.E. Burleson Elementary School in the Hartselle City School System. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter: Krisandria Foster, one brother: Junior Hendrix and one sister: Brenda Walker.

Survivors include : her Husband, George Edsel Foster One Son: Kenny Foster (Kayte) Two Daughters: Sonja Whisman (Matt) and Holly Douglas (Will) Eight Brothers: Beecher, Aubrey, Frank, Norman, Jimmy, Anthony, Phillip and David Hendrix Two Sisters: Carolyn Whitlock and Lisa Byford Four Grandchildren One Great Grandchild Pallbearers will be Will Douglas, Jr., Matt Whisman, Sr., Matthew Whisman, Jr., Jonah Collier, Kenny Foster, and Isaac Tarpley.
