Linda Kay Farquharson, 57, of Ashland, died Friday, September 28, 2018 at LifeCare Hospice, in Wooster. Linda was born March 2, 1961 in New London to Milton and Anna {Urbansky} Stocking. She married Leland “Lee” Farquharson on July 10, 1982.

Linda worked at Lifeway Christian Stores in Fredericksburg, VA. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Linda volunteered at Missions to Amish People and Ashland Christian Health Center.

She was also a board member at the Ashland Senior Center. Linda enjoyed volunteering and traveling in her spare time. Linda will be deeply missed by her husband of 36 years; brothers Robert Stocking of New London and Melvin (Marie) Stocking of Wellington; sister Nancy (Harold) Kinsey of Polk; numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and brother Marvin Stocking. Friends may call Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the church with Pastor Harry Strachan officiating.
