Lois J. (Bost) Wiles, age 94, of Evansville, IN, went home to Heaven on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at Good Samaritan Home. Lois was born June 9, 1924, in Hillsboro, IL, to Louis M. Bost, Sr. and Dorothy (Fischer) Bost. She graduated from Central High School.

Lois attended St. Lucas East Side Christian Church and was a member of Daughters of the Nile #41. She retired as a secretary from the Vanderburgh County School Corporation after 45 years. Lois loved her family and was loved and will be missed by all.

She is survived by her niece and caregiver, Cindy Robbins (Randy Loman); many other nieces and nephews; and brother, Charles Bost. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Wiles, who passed away in 1992; sisters, Betty Hammond, Doris Bradford, June Walters, and Phillis Bost; brothers, Richard Bost and Louie Bost. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Good Samaritan Home for their loving care.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Chaplain Tara Powell officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
