LOIS JANE EVANS DUNN age 88, of 201 Gillyweed Court, Holly Springs, NC died Friday morning, December 14, 2018 at Transitions Lifecare & Hospice Home in Raleigh, NC. Mrs. Dunn was born August 11, 1930 in Person County, NC, daughter of the late James Monroe & Gladys Ruth Wilkins Evans and was wife of 36 years to the late Malcolm Paige Dunn. She was retired from North American Aerodynamics and was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church.

Surviving are four daughters, Debra Dunn Bridges of England, Donna Dunn Hightower & husband, Joseph of Cary, NC, Sheila Dunn Oliver of Roxboro, NC, Linda Dunn Targosky & husband, Gary of Holly Springs, NC, nine grandchildren, Jeremy Hamlett & wife, Shanda, Justin Hamlett, Steven Targosky, Hollie Watson & husband, Jason, Casey Wrenn, Jay St. Clair, Lindsey St. Clair, Matt St. Clair & wife, Amanda, Zac Bridges & wife, Jenna, two sisters, Barbara Brandon, Mildred McBroom, and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2018 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church with the Rev. Herbert Brown and the Rev.

Daniel Pantoja officiating. Interment will follow in the church Cemetery. The family will receive friends and guests from 5:30 till 7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Strickland and Jones Funeral Services and other times at the home of Sheila Oliver, 4197 Morton Pulliam Road, Roxboro, NC.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Hamlett, Justin Hamlett, Jay St. Clair, Matt St. Clair, Steven Targosky, and Casey Wrenn. Honorary pallbearers will be Zac Bridges and J. Dunn Memorial contributions may be made to Oak Grove United Methodist Church C/O Rose Wilkerson, 222 Fairway Drive, Roxboro, NC 27574. Arrangements are by Strickland and Jones Memorial Funeral Services, 1810 Durham, Road, Roxboro, NC 27573.
