Leominster – Lorraine D. (Smith) Dorrance, 78, of Leominster, died June 30th, 2018, in Rose Monahan Hospice House, Worcester, after an illness. She was born October 14, 1939, in Everett, MA, daughter of the late Stanley and Mildred (Magnuson) Smith DeSimone. Mrs. Dorrance worked as a registered nurse at Mass General Hospital, prior to her retirement.

Lorraine is survived by one daughter: Cheryl Tufts of Leominster, and her husband Michael, her grandchildren: Jessica Duffy and her husband James, Nicole Tufts and one great grandson Charlie Duffy, along with one sister; Marsha Quealy of Middleton, MA. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Dorrance in April of 2015. Lorraine’s calling hours will be held Thursday, July 5th from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc., 109 West St., Leominster.
