Louise M. McIntyre, 80, of East Liverpool, passed away, Friday, January 4, 2019, at the East Liverpool City Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Born, September 7, 1938, in East Liverpool, she is the daughter of the late William D. McIntyre and Maryhester Anderson Erwine. Louise was preceded in death by her son, Steven Jeffery Taylor.

She was a 1956 graduate of East Liverpool High School. After graduation, she attended Ohio State University and later received her Master’s in Education from the University in Maryland. Louise was especially dedicated to young children, having a career as an elementary school teacher for more than 33 years.

The majority of her teaching career was in Prince George’s County Maryland. She was a member of the Coterie Club and she also served for a short period of time on the board of the Riverview Cemetery. Louise was an exquisite designer and decorator.

She will be sadly missed by her son, Robb Belser of East Liverpool; daughter, Maria Taylor of Hagerstown, MD. ; grandchildren, Angela Bermudez (Mando) of Beaumont, CA. and David Taylor (Maria) of Honolulu, HI.

; great-grandchildren, Robbie, Tiyana, Kinsey and Leah. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements were handled by the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
