She is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Ann Jay and Cindy Marie Phillips; ten grandchildren, Charlie Jay, Jr., Misty Louise Knight, Geoffery Joel Jay, Amanda Michelle Lawrence, Shane H. Jay, Amber Sage Overstreet, Marshall Scott Jay, Echo Leigh Willis, Michael Scott Thornton, and Tiffany R. McSweeny.
