Louise Trebus, 94 Willoughby, Ohio: There will be funeral services on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at 1 pm at Thompson Filicky Funeral Home, 4221 Market Street in Boardman with Rev. Louis R. Trebus officiating for Louise Trebus, 94, formerly of Struthers, Ohio, who passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Fairmont Health Center at Breckenridge Village with her loving family by her side. Louise was born July 26, 1923 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Albert and Gertrude (McFall) Stark.

She graduated from East High School in 1941 and was a lifelong area resident until she moved to Willoughby to be with her daughter. Louise was co-owner of Stark’s Florist on Parker Street in Youngstown, retiring in 1980. She was a former member of Bethlehem Luther Church.

Louise was a member of The Ladies Aid Society, the Happy Days Senior Group ant the Blanket Sewing Group, all from the church and AARP. She enjoyed bowling, dancing and working with flowers. Louise is survived by three children, Rev.

Louis R. (Karen) Trebus of Sevierville. Tennessee, Kenneth A. (Sherry) Trebus of Temple, Texas and Sandra L. Watson of Mayfield Heights, Ohio; 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Besides her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Louis Trebus, whom she married on October 17, 1941, died, March 23, 2009; four brothers, Robert Stark, Harry Stark, Donald Stark, and infant Rudolph Stark; and two sisters, Edith Wauschek and Annabelle Schiffer.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 11 am to 12:45 pm at the Thompson Filicky Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 1 pm. Following the service at the funeral home, burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Boardman. Please visit www.
