Louise A. Walters, 80, of Cumbola, died Saturday, October 6th, peacefully, at Lehigh Valley Medical Center, 17th and Chew Allentown, Lehigh County. Louise was born in Auburn, PA on August 10, 1938, a daughter of the late Mable (Herring) Dixon and Jessie Dixon Sr.. She was of the Protestant Faith She retired from at SpringFord Knitting Hamburg Louise was a member of Tri County Pot Belly Pig Club.

Louise is survived by a daughter, Susan Rodriguez, of Pottsville; four sons Gerald Shive Jr, of Shamokin; Henry Shive, of TN; Keith Shive, of Palm Harbor FL; David Walters, of Orwigsburg survived by four sisters, JoanneWiley, of Carbondale PA; Betty Lou Congdon, of Dickson City PA; Nancy Mosher, of Hamburg; MyrtleMacPhillips, of Yonkers NY. two brothers, Jesse Dixon Jr., of Hamburg; Raymond Dixon, of Plattsburg NY; Also survived by grand son Jamie Shive with whom she lived with in Cumbola and 7 grandchildern and 15 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Gerald Shive Sr. and a second husband Lawrence Walters and a infant daughter.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home , Cressona, PA, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 11th,with Faith Renoll officiating. A viewing will be held at Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home. Family request donations to North American Pet Pig Association 15525 E. Via Del Palo Gilbert, AZ 85298.

Interment at Schuylkill Memorial Park Schuylkill Haven, PA. Ebling Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, is in charge of arrangements.
