Mrs. Moon was born August 16, 1938 in Texarkana, Texas and was retired from Kentucky Fried Chicken. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Jonathan Hill and Timothy Clark She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Peggy Moon of Texarkana, Texas, Michael Moon of Texarkana, Texas; two daughters and a son-in-law, Patricia Moon of Texarkana, Texas, Sabrina and Tony Fette of Olympia, Washington; two sisters, Addie Rodgers of Farmersville, Texas, Judy Anderson of Texarkana, Texas; one brother, Charles Turner of Texarkana, Texas; eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday at the Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Cemetery.
