Helms of Fredericksburg passed away on Wednesday, February 6th at the age of 92 years. Ludie M. Helms was born on October 6th, 1926 in Maud, Texas to King Charles and Ella Martha Foster Helms She married Nolan N. Rachel on December 5, 1945 in Maud, Texas Mrs. Ludie Rachel is survived by one daughter, one son: Karen Rachel of Fredericksburg Nolan Keith and Lanelle Rachel of Spring Four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild Ludie is preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother: William Lee Helms Visitation for Mrs. Ludie Rachel will begin on Monday, February 11th from 9 to 11 A.M. in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg.
