Madeline’s Obituary Madeline Steers was born November 1, 1927 in Dry Ridge, Kentucky and passed away January 20, 2019 in Erlanger, Kentucky at the age of 91. She was the daughter of the late Carl Franklin and Rosa Nelta Rogers Collins. Madeline was a retired cook having worked at serveral Northern Kentucky area diners.

She was also a homemaker and a member of the Walton Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and cooking. Madeline was preceded in death by 2 husbands: Robert L. Cheesman and Charles Steers.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by 3 sons: Randall, Harry, and David Cheesman. She was the last of 11 siblings. She is survived by 2 sons: James (Donna) Cheesman of Williamstown and Jerry Cheesman of Florence; a daughter: Cynthia Williams of McKinney, TX; 9 grandchildren: Collin Cheesman (Amy), Jameson Cheesman (Amanda), Jacob Cheesman (Casey), Rae Ann Augliera (Christian), September Cheesman, Crystle Cheesman, Robert Cheesman (Katrina), Savannah Cheesman and Lacie Cheesman; and 18 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Saturday at the funeral home.
