Shirley’s Obituary Shirley Joan Kinmon Chowning Colston of Dry Ridge, KY was born January 18, 1935 in Covington, KY and died Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Grant Center, Williamstown, KY at the age of 84. She was the daughter of the late William and Edna Earl Childers Kinmon, a retired telephone operator for Cincinnati Bell Telephone and homemaker, and a member of the Stewartsville Baptist Church. Surviving is 2 sons, Rick (Debra) Chowning of Williamstown and Rodney (Sherry) Chowning of Crittenden; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Ron Kinman of Dry Ridge; and 1 sister, Sandy Kinmon of Jonesville.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, with burial to follow in the Wiliamstown Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the funeral home.
