Obituary for Madie Marie Hardman Pate HURST – Madie “Marie” Pate, 78, passed away April 4, 2018, surrounded by her three daughters, Rene Kelley, Teri Pate and Tempe Mays. Marie was born Aug. 14, 1939, in North Richland Hills.

She touched hundreds of lives throughout her 78 years of life in the service of various organizations, including Girl Scouts, Marriage Encounter, Engaged Encounter, Retrouvaille and The Fort Worth Better Business Bureau. Marie was preceded in death by the love of her life, Bobby Glenn Pate. She is survived by two sisters; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren, the second of which was born April 5, 2018.
