Obituary for Maggie Elise Young (Dyer) Maggie Elise Young, 80 of Portland, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, in the loving care of Blessed HomeCare in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Maggie was born August 22, 1938, in Bloomington Springs, Tennessee to the late Robert Leon and Eliza (Flatt) Dyer. Maggie was a loving wife, mom, and granny.

She was a wonderful cook, seamstress, and housekeeper. Maggie is survived by: Husband of 64 years: Ralph Ordue Young 2 Children: Wanda Gail and husband Larry Phye Jeffery Randall and wife Lisa Young 4 Grandchildren: Heather Michelle and her husband Jimmy Knox, Michael Brandon and his wife Stephanie McGuire, Matthew Tyler and his wife Chelsie Young, and Katheryn Hope and her husband Johnny Keith. 8 Great-Grandchildren: Donavon Hamlett, Sam McGuire, Dylan Knox, Kam McGuire, Nora Young, Elijah McGuire, and Hannah and Henry Keith.

2 Sisters: Jewell Flatt and Reba Kinnaird A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends In addition to her parents, Maggie was preceded in death by 6 brothers, 1 sister, and several nieces, nephews, and family. Funeral Services for Maggie Elise Young will be held Monday, November 26, 2018, at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bros. Ralph Richardson and Jimmy Knox officiating.
