Obituary for Marceline Mae Lee (Scheidt) Print MARCELINE M. LEE Marceline Mae Lee, 93, of Bonner Springs, KS died on Tue. , Jan. 22, 2019 at Villa St. Francis Nursing Home in Olathe, KS.

Visitation from 10 to 11 am, Memorial Service at 11 am, on Mon. , Jan 28, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS with committal to follow in Bonner Springs Cemetery. Marceline was born on March 5, 1925 in Wilder, KS to Ernest and Ola Scheidt.

She graduated from Bonner Springs High School in 1943. She later married Billy Jay Lee on May 6, 1944. Marceline worked for many years as a bookkeeper at the Lone Star Cement Plant in Bonner Springs retiring in 1985.

She enjoyed being an active member of the Bonner Springs First Christian Church for many years and was a big K.U. Jayhawk Basketball fan. She was preceded in death by her parents , her husband of 54 years Billy Jay Lee in 1999, siblings Aaron, Loren, Ernestine and Edith and one grandson Jeff. She is survived by her two sons William Jay Lee (Susan) of Bonner Springs, KS and Richard Alan Lee (Lorraine) of Shawnee, KS.

One brother Byron Scheidt (Carol) of Olathe, KS. Therr grandchildren Kristin Adams, Nicholas Lee and Michael Lee. Six great grandchildren Sydney, Payton, Mayson, Mikah, Brady and Addilyn.
