Obituary for Margaret Bladsacker Arnold Margaret “Margie” Dora Bladsacker Arnold passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the age of 78. She was preceded in death by her parents Alvin Bladsacker and Margaret Baumann Bladsacker. She is survived by her devoted husband of almost 60 years Michael C. Arnold and four loving children Michael, Melvin (Nicole), Matthew (Mischa), and Margaret Dufrene (Brenton Jr.).

She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Jordan (Brittany) and Jenna Arnold, Brenton Dufrene III, Megan and Madison Dufrene and Tanner Arnold and a great grandchild Jayden. She is also survived by her adoring sister Ellouise (Charles) Arnold. Margaret was a stay at home mom and she loved taking care of her family.

She was a religious woman who could be seen often at St. Anthony Church in Gretna. She was a member of The Knights of Columbus Archbishop Blenk 1905 Ladies Auxiliary where she was a past president. She was also a member of the Gretna Wellness Center.

Please join us in the celebration of her life and Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Gretna, LA on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 1 PM. Visitation will be held at church from 10 AM until 1 PM. Interment to follow at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
