Margaret O. (Montag) Anderson, 97, of Cabot, died peacefully on January 18, 2019. Born December 29, 1921 in Cabot, PA, she was the daughter of Norman Montag and Alma Andree Montag. Marg worked as a Secretary for Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge, retiring in 1960.

She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot where she was the church organist for many years. She enjoyed sewing, needlework, music, playing the piano and organ, travel and The Joy of Music Tours, where she was a board member. Surviving are her brother, Donald (Mary Jean) Montag of Sarver, her sister-in-law, Kathryn Montag of Cabot, her nieces and nephews, nephews Wayne (Bambi) Montag, Gail (Steve) Healy, Eric (Debbie) Montag, Curtis (Sarah) Montag, Judy (Steve) Fesko, Debra (Greg) McCorkindale, Stefanie (Pete) Keelan and Jonathan (Meg) Montag and a number of great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Raymond Anderson, her brother, Roland Montag and 1 sister Lillian Montag. Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, from 3-6 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA. Services will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019, 10:30 am at the St. Luke Lutheran Church, with Rev.

Barry Keurulainen officiating. Interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice 134 Marwood Road Cabot, PA 16023 or the Joy of Music, Inc. PO box 5564 Bloomington, IN 47407.
