Margie L. Wood, 88, of Danville, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Maria Hall Hospice, Danville. Born August 17, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Bruce N. and Margaret (Carr) Steele. She was married to William H. Wood, who survives.

In keeping with her wishes, Margie was donated to medical research.
