Obituary for Maria (Nalli) Boni As we sadly say good bye here, they celebrate in heaven. On Sunday, May 20, 2018 Maria (Nalli) Boni, 85, of Aliquippa peacefully passed away. She was born February 5, 1933 in Supino, Italy and was the daughter of the late Victorio and Anna Nalli.
In addition to her parents she was will happily be reunited with her beloved husband, Ambrose Boni, their daughter, Sandra DiSante. A sister and brother-in-law; Fedorina and Stello Menta, a brother and sister-in-law; Lorenzo and Clara Nalli and her former son-in-law; Laurence Fealey. Maria was a member of St. Titus Roman Catholic Church.
She and her husband were very instrumental with the Saint Cataldo Society honoring their patron Saint. Maria was also a former employee of Gladieux Corporation working at Pittsburgh International Airport. She was a giving person and was adored by many people whom she met throughout her life.
Maria is survived by her four children: Daniel (Kathy) Boni, Robert Boni, Rose Ann Boni, Ambrose (Krsiten) Boni, and a son-in-law, Dewey DiSante, who was like another son to her. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Benjamin, Brandi, Christopher, Ambrose, Antonio and Angelo, two great grandsons: Sebastian and Dominic and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-7 pm in the Anthony Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home Inc. 2026 McMinn Street, Aliquippa, 724-375-0496.
Departing prayers will begin on Thursday at 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 am in ST. Titus Church with Fr. Paul Householder.
Entombment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Assocoation, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, D.C. 20090-6011, in memory of Maria.
