Marie Carmel Eugene, 59, of Concord, died Monday, April 30, 2018. She was born August 1, 1958 in Haiti. Marie is survived by her husband, Jean Preslere Fleurelien of Quebec; daughter, Bervely Jacsin of Concord; and daughter, Nella Jacsin of Greensboro.

Services will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The family will receive friends from 10:00- 10:45 am, prior to the service at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will at West Concord Cemetery.
