On September 3, 1944, she married Maurice Deane “Mac” McNamara at St. Peter’s Episcopal church in Beverly, Massachusetts.

She was a homemaker, and a dedicated wife and mother. Marjorie worked for the State of Michigan in the Licensing and Regulatory Affairs for nine years. She enjoyed reading, playing BINGO and line dancing.

She was compassionate and a good listener, which made her the perfect volunteer. She was also a proud member of the Mayflower Society, the VFW Women’s Auxiliary and a parishioner at the United Methodist Church in Harbor Springs. Marjorie cherished the time she spent with her family.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be deeply missed.
