Robert L. Babcock, 49, of Cheboygan, formerly Wolverine, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at home. A resident of Wolverine most of his life, Bob was born September 26, 1969, the son of Michael and Sandra (Burke) Babcock. He was employed at Babcock Log Homes, and was a skilled carpenter and craftsman, working on many structures around the states.

He also enjoyed singing, building, playing his guitar, and horseback riding. Surviving are 2 sons and 1 daughter, Lee Babcock of Alpena, Dylan Konarzewski of Saginaw, and Tricia St. Amour of Cheboygan. His father, Michael Babcock, A brother, Michael (Bonnie) Babcock of Wolverine, also of Wolverine, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Babcock. A celebration of Robert’s life will be on Saturday, November 17th at the Wolverine Elementary School at 2:00pm, with a dinner following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous.
