He was born in Jefferson County, Kentucky to the late Robert Lavon Lynn and Jo Ann (Bennett) McLean. He was a machine operator with Bendix and is preceded in death by two brothers; Christopher Levon McLean and Victor Lynn, a half brother Mitchell Bertrees and a half sister Monica Bertrees.

Mark is survived by his: Wife of 22 years Rhonda McLean, two sons Cade McLean and Caleb McLean both of Auburn, two daughters Erika Hastings (Joshua) and Jennifer McLean both of Franklin, four brothers Douglas McLean and Daniel McLean both of Morgantown, Ricky Bertrees of Minnesota and Kevin Bertrees of Radcliff, two sisters Cindy Wright and Diane Loving both of Radcliff and six grandchildren. Graveside services for Mark Anthony McLean will be conducted Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Auburn Cemetery with Bro. Chris Odle officiating.

There will be visitation beginning Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Auburn Chapel. Pallbearers: Caleb McLean, Cabe McLean, Hunter Bailey, Joseph Peterson, Jacob Bennett and Keith Long.
