Marlene M. Pennington “Shelly” January 2, 1960–November 13, 2018 Marlene Pennington 58, of Washington C.H. passed away on Tuesday November 11, 2018 at Court House Manor. She was born in Washington C.H., Ohio on January 2, 1960 to Betty Long and the late John Blouse. Marlene is survived by her son Kyle (Kasie Pedrick) Pennington of Columbus, Ex-husband Larry Pennington two brothers Ernie (Cathy) Blouse of Bookwalter, Ed (Rigina) Blouse of Wilmington, four sisters Melody (Gary Neff) Ratliff, of Mt.

Sterling , Melinda (Harold) Little of Bloomingburg, Darlene (Rick) Cunningham of Bookwalter, Josie (Billy) Hensley of Bookwalter, grandchildren Kylee Pennington, Nova Pedrick, Christopher Burgis, Special friend Bev Howland A memorial service will be held Monday November 19,2018 at 1:00pm at the Bookwalter Christian union church in Bookwalter, Ohio with Clayton Lowe officiating burial will follow at Fairview cemetery.
