Marlin’s Obituary Marlin E. Stone, 72, of Dillsburg, passed away Saturday morning, May 25, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital, Camp Hill. He was born June 15, 1946 in Lewisberry, York County, PA, the son of the late Lloyd A. & Bessie M. Spahr Stone. Marlin was a 1964 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School and had retired from Commonwealth Telephone, of Lewisberry where he worked as a Business System Installer.

After his retirement, Marlin worked for Ski Roundtop in the Electrical/Maintenance department and was also Co-Owner of Roooster’s Restaurant (formerly Mrs. Stamm’s Chicken), Carlilse. He attended Redland Valley Church. He was a member of the Eureka-West Shore Masonic Lodge 302 F&AM and the Judge of Elections for Monaghan Township.

He was a former member of the Citizen’s CB Club , an Eagle Scout and the Lead Guitarist and Vocials for the band “the Keystoners”. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Norma G. Henry Stone. His sons: Eric E. Stone, of Carlisle; Douglas L. Stone and his wife, Lisa, of Dillsburg and Michael A. Stone, both of Dillsburg.

His grandchildren: Jacob, Eric, Shea, Zak and Sara Stone. His step-grandchildren: Jacquie and Weylin. His great-granddaughter: Kiera Stone.
