Martha “Marti” Bendle Scroggin, age 76, of Florence, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 3, 2018. Marti was born in Springfield, Ohio on January 7, 1942 to the late Donald and Marie Churchill. Marti leaves behind her loving husband, Charlie Scroggin; Daughter, Debbie DePew (Rick), Son, Brian Bendle (Nicole), son, Tony Bendle, and daughters, Brittany Route (Andy) and Angie Fuentes (Carlos).

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother; Donald Churchill Jr. Marti enjoyed spending time with family, dancing, traveling, scuba diving, horseback riding, and fireworks. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:30 a.m. at Stith Funeral Home 7500 US Hwy 42 Florence, KY 41042. Burial will take place at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio on July 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association 644 Linn Street Suite# 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203.
