Obituary of Martha Tucker Martha Tucker, age 75, of Kansas City, KS died Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Providence Medical Center at Kansas City, KS. Martha was born November 16, 1942 in Magnolia, AR. She is the daughter of the late Willie James and the late Ruby (Burns) Tucker.

Martha united with the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Magnollia at an early age. She later rededicated her life to Christ with the Pleasant Green Baptist Church in Kansas City, Kansas.

She remained a devoted and faithful member there for as long as her health allowed. She was a Masters prepared classroom teacher with the Kansas Public School System for thirty years. She was predeceased by her sister, Bernice Tucker, and two of her brothers, Dornice Tucker and James Tucker.

She is survived by: two daughters: Terri (Robert) Smith and Stephanie Wesson, her grandchildren, one brother: Billy Tucker, two sisters-in-law, Edith Tucker and JoAnn Tucker and a great host of other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 17 at A.C. Henderson Memorial Chapel, 614 Calhoun Rd. , Magnolia, AR with Rev.

John Wesson officiating. Burial will follow in 23 Psalm Cemetery, Columbia 30, Magnolia, under the direction of Henderson Funeral Service. Calling hours will be Friday, March 16 from 12:00 noon – 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
