Mary Ann Brown Formy-Duval age 69, of Whiteville passed on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice Angel House in Whiteville. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. She was the daughter of the late Margaret Wescott Brown and Xeonophon “X” Brown, Jr. and was preceded in death by a brother, Xenophon “Bubba” Brown, III.

She is survived by two sons, Coval Lafayette Formy-Duval of Whiteville and Pierre Formy-Duval of Tabor City; three siblings, June Brown Mercer (Kipling) of Monroe, GA. , Stephanie Brown Hanna (Richard) of Tuscaloosa, AL and William “Bill” Wescott Brown of Whiteville; and a granddaughter, Isabella Grace Formy-Duval Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn is serving the family.
