Obituary for Mary Ellen Denton MARY ELLEN DENTON, age 83, of New Market, TN passed away on June 2, 2018. She attended several different churches and worked in the nursing and healthcare profession for many years. Preceded in death by husband of 64 years, Thomas Denton; son, David Denton; and parents, Vernon and Mary Ellen Burns.

She is survived by her daughter, Janet Blankenship (Tom); son, Kenneth Denton; son, Anthony Dalton; daughter-in-law, Rhonda Jean Denton; grandchildren, Andrea Lynn Denton, David Denton, Kenna Henderson and Ronnie Blankenship; sisters, Dorothy Underwood, Delores Garrett (Noel); several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Trent and Rev.

Allen Smith officiating. Family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will then gather at 2:45 p.m. at Caledonia Cemetery for a 3:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
