Mary’s Obituary Mary Frances Mills, 73, of Mexico, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital-Audrain. An I.O.O.F. Lodge Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at Arnold Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will immediately follow. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation is Monday from 12 noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Mary was born on February 10, 1946 in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Enoch and Mary I. (Powell) Holman. She was one of five children that included Laura Bell Elzea, Edith Kay Blight and Leslie Rickey. On May 26, 1967 in Eldon, she married Leonard Mills.

He survives. Mrs. Mills had served as the Audrain County Deputy Treasurer. She also helped her husband with his auctioneering business.

Mary was a member of Love Street Christian Church until it’s closing. She then attended Benton City Christian Church. Mrs. Mills was a member of the I.O.O.F.

and the Elks Lodge. Survivors include her husband, Leonard Mills of Mexico; several step-children and other family members. Memorial donations may be made to the Mexico Senior Center, American Cancer Society, or the American Heart Association.
