OBITUARY Mary Frances Robertson November 23, 1927 – December 30, 2018 Mary Frances (Clouse) Robertson, 91, of Evansville, IN passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018. She was born on November 23, 1927 to the late Frank P. and Anna L. (Frank) Clouse. She was a teacher with the EVSC at Harper Elementary School for 45 years, 37 years as a first grade teacher and finishing her career as the librarian.

She was a great lover of history and the arts. Mary enjoyed reading and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was a great animal lover and supporter of animal adoption.

She enjoyed being a hostess and cooking for her friends and family. Mary loved to travel would often share stories of her trips with those closest to her. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Philip Robertson; parents; and siblings, Anna Laura Ryburn, Paul A. Clouse, and John D. Clouse.

Mary is survived by her loving dog, Lucky; 5 nephews; 2 nieces; many great-nieces and great-nephews; and her loving friends. Mary will be laid to rest in a private family service. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date for family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mary’s name to the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, Willard Library, or the Vanderburgh County Humane Society.
