Mason, 98, of Moline, IL, died Friday, March 22, 2019, at Dominion Senior Living in Johnson City, TN. Visitation will be Friday, March 29th, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with services immediately following at 6:00 pm, at Wendt Funeral Home in Moline. Burial will be at Moline Memorial Park Cemetery on Saturday, March 30th, at 9:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Russell Mason, Mary’s loving husband for 74 years, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2208 E. 52nd Street, Davenport, IA 52807, or at www. alz.org. Mary was born September 14, 1920, in Burlington, IA.

Mary loved her family and was completely dedicated to them. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Moline, and devout in her Christian faith.

Those left to cherish her memories include her son, Robert (Barbara) Mason of Johnson City, TN; grandsons, Christopher (Deb) Mason of Aurora, IL, and Noel (Debra) Mason of Wheaton, IL; and three great-grandchildren, Samuel, Sawyer, and Victoria, all of Wheaton, IL. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, Stephen and Josephine Skinner, and step-brothers, Daniel, Bud, and Vincent Petruccelli.
