Mary J. Braun, 83, of Bozeman passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to Santa Rocko Cavallo and Josephine DeCarlo on June 19, 1935. Mary lived in Brooklyn until the age of 6 when her family moved to Red Bank, NJ where she went to Red Bank High School.

She was a Secretary at Middletown High School South and has lived in Red Bank, Lincroft and Tinton Falls, NJ and Bozeman, MT. Mary belonged to Trout Unlimited, was a volunteer at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital,… Read More » enjoyed going to the beach, listening to country music, dancing, bird watching, fly fishing and her flower garden. She also had a true love for her dogs Jersey & Cali and her bird Bungee but will be remembered most for her spaghetti sauce and meatball sandwiches and always giving!

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Joseph Donald Clark, Sr. and Philip A. Braun and son Ronald “Ronnie” Clark. Mary is survived by her children Joseph Clark, Jr., Robert Clark, Lisa Dabreau; grandchildren Casey, Christopher, Jasmine, Shane, Dawson and Genevieve; sister Marge Hodgkiss of Mechanic Falls, ME, as well as best friends, but more like family, Angie and Robb Miller and their children Jake, Noah and Analiese. A Rosary will be held at Resurrection Parish, 1725 S. 11th Avenue, Bozeman on Friday at 10:00am with a Funeral Mass at 11:00am.

In honor of Mary, donations may be made to Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter, 1549 E. Cameron Bridge Road, Bozeman, MT 59718.
