Mary Jane (Gilmartin) Beal, 79, passed away peacefully Monday afternoon May 7, 2018 at the Phillip Hulitar inpatient Hospice Center in Providence. Mrs. Beal worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI as a claims representative for many years before retiring. She is survived by a son Dave Beal and his wife Kasey of Georgia; a brother Ted Gilmartin of Cranston; a sister Ellen Schawb of South County; two grandsons Jonathon Beal and her pride and joy Liam Padraig Beal both of Georgia.

A Mass of Christian will be celebrated Saturday May 12, 2018 at 9 am in St. Timothy Church in Warwick. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in Pawtucket, RI. Calling hours form 7 am to 8:15 am in the Jones-Walton-Sheridan Funeral Home 1895 Broad Street Cranston, RI.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Philip Hulitar Hospice 1085 North Main Street Providence, RI 02904.
