Matthias J. Rauen Of Palatine Matthias J. Rauen was born on November 2, 1940 in Chicago to Matthias and Mary Ann (nee DeJean) Rauen. He died Sunday, January 20, 2019 in Arlington Heights. Dear brother of Marilynn Rauen and Stephen Rauen, brother-in-law to Candice Korbel.

Beloved by nephew Thomas Rauen, Jr., niece Theresa (Peter) Argueta, nephew, Mark Rauen. Preceded in death by Thomas Rauen, Ralph Rauen, sister-in-law Linda Rauen. Mr. Rauen worked as a Shaklee Distributor.

He was also a Ham radio operator and former member of PEMA. Visitation Friday, January 25, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Visitation 9:00 am, Saturday, January 26, 2019 until the 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Edna Catholic Church, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.

Interment is private. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Misericordia. Funeral Information and condolences can be given at www.
