Obituary for Melvin E. Fox Melvin E. Fox, 90, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Providence Place. He was born July 28, 1927 in St. Thomas, the son of the late Charles O. and Kathryn (Nelling) Fox. Mr. Fox attended St. Thomas Elementary School and after being in the army, got his GED Diploma in 1963.

He served in the U.S. Army in Italy in the 88th Division. After 37 years at Letterkenny as Supervisor in the Armament Division, he retired in 1983. After retirement, he was an avid golfer.

Mr. Fox was a member of the Brethren Fellowship in Chambersburg where he served as a Deacon; a member of George Washington Masonic Lodge, Harrisburg Consistory and Tall Cedars. He is survived by his wife, Celia M. (Faust) Fox; brother, Gerald; and sister in law, Evia Fox; brother, Gerald Fox; and preceded in death by his brothers, Billy Fox, Charles Fox and Robert Fox. The Funeral Service will be held 11 AM on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Fellowship Brethren Church with Rev.

Randall Anderson and Rev. Thomas Willis officiating. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church; Masonic Rites from 1045-1100am.

Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Brethren Fellowship, 339 Lincoln Way E, Chambersburg, PA 17201Online condolences at sellersfuneralhome.com.
