Merry Kay Tipton, age 71, Middletown, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Middletown, OH on January 11, 1948 to Verlin and Pauline (Harbison) Charles. Merry loved children, planting flowers, reading and playing games.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Chris and Larry Charles. Merry is survived by her husband of 50 years, Fred Tipton, Jr.; sons, Gary (Angela) Tipton and Jason Tipton; grandson, Brett Tipton; granddaughter, Eliana Tipton; sister, Charline Creager; and three nieces and one nephew. Funeral services will be at 7pm, Monday, January 28, 2019 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin St., Middletown, OH.
