Michael Lewis of Abilities First went to be with the Lord on January 14, 2019. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred and John Lewis and Maxine Hall and Arthur Wasson. Michael is survived by his parents, Jerry and Regina Lewis; sister, Melissa (Michael) Macias; brothers, Jason Lewis and Sean (Christy) Lewis; Uncle Tim (Megan) Lewis; Aunt Tina (Terry) Murphy; Aunt Tammy Lewis, Uncle Gary Rowland, Aunt Debra (Bruce) Smith, Uncles Art and Charles Wasson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, January 18, 2019, 11am-1pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown,OH with Rev. Jerry Back officiating. Funeral service will follow at 1pm with burial at Butler County Memorial Park.
