Obituary for Ruth Blackburn Ruth Blackburn, age 98, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. Ruth was born in Middletown, Ohio on June 6, 1920 to the late Lloyd and Eva Nickell. Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Dale Blackburn.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Benner; dear friends, Sharon and Claude Malicote and Cheyenne Wood; a host of other good friends and family. Funeral services are Monday, January 14, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio. Burial in Springboro Cemetery.
