Robert A. Callahan, age 80, of Franklin, Ohio, died Saturday January 19, 2019 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born in Franklin, Ohio on April 27, 1938 to Clifford and Octavia (Kindred) Callahan. Robert served in the US Army for two years.

Robert was a member of Moose Lodge #501, Eastern Star Lodge #55 FandAM and Franklin Golf Course. He was a truck driver until his retirement and he enjoyed fishing at Rocky Fork Lake and Mt. Dora, FL.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Callahan, mother, Octavia Callahan, brother, Harold Callahan, brother, Charles Callahan. Robert is survived by wife of 30 years, Helen (Bray) Callahan; two sons, Doug (Robin) Baker, Ronnie (Sheila) Baker; daughter, Teresa Hampton; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren, three nieces, and one nephew. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Wednesday January 23, 2019 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Lonnie Bray and Rus Bray officiating.

Burial will be in Butler County Memorial Park with full military honors. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Please visit www.
