Memorial service for Michael Ray Tapley, age 56, of Trinity, will be Wednesday, March 27, 2019, 4:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Gunner officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service.

Mr. Tapley, who died Saturday, March 23, 2019, at his residence, was born April 26, 1962, in Chicago, IL, to S. J. Tapley and Ina Jeanette Carpenter Tapley. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Jeffrey Tapley. He is survived by two sons, Eric Tapley of Cullman, and Evan Tapley of Trinity; his mother, Jeanette Tapley of Priceville; one brother, Jimmy Tapley (Rhonda) of Hartselle; one sister, Janice Tapley Childress of Decatur; two nieces; and three great-nephews.
